Inmate Who Fought With Jail Guards Sentenced To Additional 16 Months

An inmate in the Tehama County Jail has earned himself more time behind bars by abusing the guards. When Red Bluff Police did a compliance sweep to check up on their local sex offenders in September of 2019, they arrested 40-year-old Ronald Miller for falsifying his sex offender registration. While in jail, Miller spat on a correctional officer. When he was moved to another cell, he got into a fight and punched another correctional officer in the head. He’s been given an additional 16 months in prison.
