An improvement project will cause some minor delays in Redding. Starting on Monday crews will begin replacing about 14,000 linear feet of water mains on Bechelli Lane near Hartnell. Some lanes will be closed intermittently, and the Hartnell intersection with Bechelli will be controlled by flaggers between 7PM and 7AM starting Monday night and lasting through Friday.
