Red Bluff Police were justified in killing a man who had attacked the Walmart Distribution Center last year, according to the Tehama County District Attorney’s Office. On June 27th Louis Wesley Lane rammed his car into the sprawling warehouse south of Red Bluff and opened fire with an assault rifle. He only managed to kill one person, though several others were wounded. Officers arrived to find hundreds of panicked employees, but they quickly found lane and shot him during a firefight.
