One of the most loved events all year in the Redding area is the Asphalt Cowboys Pancake Breakfast during Rodeo Week. The Cowboys have announced that they’re working out a way to make the Breakfast a reality this year. The event feeds upwards of 10,000 people. It will be held under different circumstances than usual because the coronavirus restrictions have not yet been lifted. It will likely have to be someplace other than Market Street in Downtown Redding, aka “Roaring Gulch”, but those details have yet to be announced.
