A man was shot in Red Bluff early Monday morning and police are looking for a suspect. At 1:34AM multiple 9-1-1 callers reported hearing a gunshot and a person yelling on Hickory Street. Red Bluff Police and Tehama County Deputies found a 32-year-old man lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to his lower torso. Due to his condition he was unable to give officers any information about the shooter before being transported to Saint Elizabeth Hospital. He’s listed in critical condition. Officers say they found evidence that indicates it was an isolated incident, but they don’t specify what that evidence is.
