A Redding man will get a possible life sentence for horrible crimes he committed against children. Last week 40-year-old Andrew Nhamnhouane agreed to plead guilty to sexual intercourse with a child under the age of ten and three counts of lewd acts with a child. There were four different victims sexually abused by Nhamnhouane. On May 17th he’ll be sentenced to 25 years to life in state prison.
