A Corning woman was stabbed to death a week ago but no information was released by authorities, according to the Corning Observer. 29-year-old Olivia Orr, who was stabbed in the chest, was apparently murdered last Wednesday, and another male victim suffered life-threatening stab wounds, from which he’s recovering. The injuries had at first been reported as being from a traffic collision on Hickory Street and Second Avenue. The suspect, 36-year-old Raul Angel Marez Castillo, had reportedly been in a relationship with Orr. He’s in Tehama County Jail on a Million Dollars bail.
