For the next week, anyone in a hurry may want to avoid North Court Street. As part of the Diestelhorst-to-Downtown Project, North Court, Eleventh Street and the river trail will be subject to one-way traffic control with flaggers between 7AM and 5PM Monday through Friday starting Wednesday through next Wednesday.
