Redding Police say they busted a man with Fentanyl during a traffic stop in East Redding Wednesday night. Just before Midnight, officers pulled over a car on Hartnell Avenue at Fairway. 28-year-old Michael Todd Webb was a passenger. When officers discovered Webb was on probation and had outstanding felony warrants, they searched him. He was reportedly in possession of 1.75 Ounces of Fentanyl and more than $2,200 cash. Webb was booked into jail, but has since been released.
