Charges have been stacking up against a Red Bluff man with a very long criminal record. 41-year-old Jason Lee Horner’s latest arrest was in February. Recent charges include many drug-dealing-related arrests, as well as two high-speed chases, including one that exceeded 120 miles an hour. All of his crimes were committed while on probation or out on bail from other crimes. Horner has been sentenced to 6 years in state prison.
