Redding Police arrested a man Sunday who’s very familiar with the system. A little after 11AM an officer in the Bonneyview Area stopped a BMW for reckless driving. Before the driver stopped, he reportedly threw almost a pound of Methamphetamine and 2 and a half ounces of Heroin out of his car window. 47-year-old Gabriel Detrant is on post release supervision for drugs since 1993 Detrant has been booked into Shasta County jail more than 50 times, and three times this year for possession of drugs for sale.
