A pedestrian killed by a hit-and-run driver in South Redding has been identified as 55-year-old Wally Wayne Rogers. Last Wednesday at 4:53AM, Redding Police were called to South Bonnyview Road east of the intersection with East Bonnyview Road by someone reporting a pedestrian down in the roadway. Arriving officers found Rogers deceased in the westbound lanes. Anyone with information about the driver or vehicle is encouraged to contact RPD Traffic Division.
