A big rig rolled over on Highway 299 east of Redding Tuesday, forcing several hours of traffic control. The crash happened just after 2:30PM in the problematic area of Ingot west of Oak Run Road. The truck was hauling lumber, which spilled across the westbound lane. About 10 gallons of diesel spilled as well, prompting a hazmat response. The condition of the driver is not known.
