A cannabis bust was done Thursday morning between Millville and Shingletown. The raid off Highway 44 a little west of Dersch Road was conducted by State Fish and Wildlife Agents with help from Trinity County Sheriff’s Deputies. Around 800 plants were seized which had been growing both outdoors and in a makeshift greenhouse. About 60 pounds of processed bud was also seized. 8 to 10 people, most of whom were there as hired help to trim the crop, were cited and released at the scene.
