The Bradley fire is burning east of McCloud north of Highway 89. On Monday afternoon the fire was estimated at 357 acres with 90% containment.
The Lava Fire in Siskiyou County is nearly defeated, estimated at 25,409 acres with 75% containment. It stretches from the Mount Shasta Vistas in the north to the slopes of Mount Shasta in the south. There’s still no information available about structural damage.
25 miles up Highway 97 from the Lava Fire is the Tennant Fire, which is in mop-up and patrol status. The Tennant Fire is estimated at 10,580 acres with 95% containment.
