Two men with multiple felony convictions were busted with in Downtown Redding, according to police. 28-year-old Kevin Linder and 26-year-old Justin Maughs were pulled over by the RPD on Pine Street Tuesday morning. Linder, who was reportedly uncooperative and gave a false name, was later found to have 3 felony arrest warrants. Maughs, who was driving, had a suspended license. Officers searched the car and reported finding drug paraphernalia, as well as bear mace and a loaded Winchester 20 gauge shotgun. Both men were booked into jail.
