It’s fairly well known that Anderson Police Department maintains a regular presence in the Walmart parking lot. Apparently 39-year-old Joshua Watkins didn’t know that. On Monday morning APD Officers spotted a PT Cruiser in the lot that had been reported stolen, so they simply watched and waited. When Watkins reportedly returned to the vehicle he was arrested without incident. He was already wanted on an active felony domestic violence warrant.
