Ground is being broken Wednesday morning on a brand new Cal-Fire station for Anderson. Shasta County Riverside Avenue Fire Station 47 will be conveniently located with quick and easy access to both Interstate 5 and Highway 273. The land for the station was donated by Sierra Pacific Industries. The groundbreaking ceremony is at 8 O’clock Wednesday morning.
