A vegetation fire west of Red Bluff Tuesday afternoon was caused by a careless act, according to Cal-Fire. The exact cause was not specified but a citation was issued. Located off Highway 36 near Cannon Road, the Dibble Fire, as it’s called, burned a total of 12.3 acres.
